One of the purposes of the New Zealand Architects Register, as stated in the Registered Architects Act 2005 section 19(a)(iv), is "to enable members of the public to know which Registered Architects have been disciplined within the last three years."

No architects who are currently registered have been disciplined within the last three years.

here. They are provided to help architects avoid similiar difficulties. The identities of those involved are protected.
